The ShinEidenshikiki, CO. LTD is the successor company of the FUKUDA Electric Manufacture Ltd. and can look back on years of experience in mechanical engineering. The establishment of the FUKUDA Electric Manufacture Ltd. dates back to 1973 and was renamed in 1984 to ShinEidenshikiki,CO. LTD. The company FUKUDA Electric Manufacture Ltd. could quickly differentiate itself from its competitors.

Through its own R&D area the first industrial cutting system of hard-metal manufactured in 1983 and increased the quality constantly.

For this reason, the FUKUDA Electric Manufacture Ltd. renamed to ShinEidenshikiki, CO. LTD in 1984.
